So, when this poor man had one start chasing him, he was understandably taking no chances – even when told the dog was just ‘playing’!

While the negative stigma attached to the breed is changing, people are still weary.

Twitter account @kulanicool shared a clip showing a poor man running for his life as this Pitbull jumped not one but TWO fences while chasing him.

No matter how often the owner claimed the dog was just wanting to play, Mzansi peeps were right behind the man who was looking to flee the scene.

Pitbulls have been in the news recently following another attack – and fatality – when a 10-year-old was attacked by the family’s two dogs.

The Pitbull Federation of South Africa held owners accountable for the attacks – as reported by The South African website.

Calls quickly grew for the total ban of the breed as pets, but that was equally quickly responded to by another petition challenging the ban.
