Rumours were doing the rounds that Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, and Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, had a falling out after Meghan “bollocksed Catherine’s staff.”

Catherine reportedly responded that Meghan’s attitude was uncalled for and told her sister-in-law not to address her staff. The rumours were only reinforced with the news that Prince Harry and Meghan would be moving to Frogmore Cottage.

Harry and Meghan plan on moving to Windsor

The move to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor would put more than 20 miles between the Princes, who have up to now, been very close. However, Royal expert Emilly Andrews confirmed that the couple is moving to Windsor in preparation for the arrival of baby Sussex next year.

As reported by Mirror, Buckingham Palace has since denied the claims of bad blood between the Duchesses. To add to that, the two Royal couples will be spending Christmas together, according to People Magazine.

Meghan will spend Christmas in Norfolk with the in-laws

The celebrations are set to take place in Norfolk at the Queen’s home in Sandringham. Prince William and Duchess Kate will be staying at Anmer Hall over Christmas. The Palace has not yet confirmed where Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan will be staying.

Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, will reportedly join the festivities by invitation from the Queen. The holiday celebrations at Sandringham House is a yearly tradition and guests usually arrive from midday on Christmas Eve.

Members of the Royal family will open presents together before attending a church service, followed by a family lunch consisting of Norfolk turkey and Christmas-themed activities.

Christmas plans foiled

The announcement that the two princes and their wives spending Christmas together came as a surprise, as Prince William and Kate was set to be visiting her parents over the festive season.

In an interview with People just two days ago, Kate’s mother, Carole Middleton, said she was looking forward to having all three grandchildren in her Bucklebury home this December. She went on to say that each grandchild would have a Christmas tree in their room to decorate as they see fit.

The sudden change of plans only convinced critics that a fued exists between the two Duchesses and that spending Christmas together is merely a PR stunt to distract the public.
