eNCA reported that, even though the Mthatha magistrate’s court found Mandla guilty of assaulting Mlamli Ngudle in a road rage incident two years ago, he’ll only be given a three year suspended sentence OR a fine of R10 000.

The charge of assault with the intent to do grievous bodily harm – of which Mandla has been found guilty – normally carries a prison sentence, but Mandla’s lawyers argued that his family can’t live without him, as he’s the sole breadwinner of the family… wait, what?
