“I’m going to lose,” Barry Roux accidentally lets slip while microphone still on

Oscar Pistorius’ defence advocate Barry Roux doesn’t seem to think that OP will get a favourable ruling this time around, as he did with Judge Masipa.

After a long day of proceedings in the Supreme Court of Appeals, things aren’t looking all that great for Oscar Pistorius.

Roux, who forgot to switch off his personal microphone, was heard saying: “Ek gaan verloor.”
