Three school children, two boys, and a girl sustained injuries when a blue Chevrolet Aveo ran over them in KwaZulu-Natal on Friday

On Friday afternoon, 17 March, a blue Chevrolet Aveo ran over three school children, two boys, and a girl, all aged 12, injuring them.

Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA), a local security firm, received multiple requests for assistance for the injured and were dispatched to the scene at approximately 13:59.
Upon arrival, RUSA Members were directed to the scholars who had sustained moderate injuries.

Two of them were transported to hospital by ambulance, while the third minor was transported privately to a medical facility.
The authorities have not immediately established the circumstances leading up to the accident.
