Another day and another defeat for the ANC in the ConCourt. This time it’s Baleka Mbete’s actions in parliament that have been judged as unconstitutional.

Mbete, who is also the national chairperson of the ruling ANC used police dressed as parliamentary security to remove EFF members from parliament at last year’s State of the Nation Address; her actions have now been ruled as unconstitutional.

Ironic that she’s one of the key members who’ll decide Zuma’s fate at this weekend’s NEC when her own actions fly in the face of the Republic’s constitution.
