City of Cape Town confirms load shedding plan for Monday, 19 December

Stage 4 load shedding will be implemented at 05:00 on Tuesday for the remainder of the week, the group said.
Eskom promised to publish a further update as soon as there are any significant changes.
In a tweet, Eskom said: “#Stage6 #Loadshedding will be reduced to Stage 5 at 05:00 on Monday. Thereafter Stage 4 loadshedding will be implemented at 05:00 on Tuesday for the remainder of the week. Eskom will publish a further update as soon as there are any significant changes.”

Tuesday, 20 December
Stage 5: 00h00 to 05h00
Stage 4: 05h00 until further notice
Meanwhile, the City of Cape Town has updated it’s schedule until Wednesday.

City of Cape Town customers are, at the time of publishing, on Stage 4 load shedding which will continue until 22:00 on Monday.
Stage 5 will then kick in 22:00 and continue until 05:00 on Tuesday.
Tuesday will see Stage 3 between 05:00 and 22:00, followed by Stage 4 from 22:00 to 05:00 on Wednesday.
Wednesday will see Stage 3 start at 05:00 and run until 22:00, after which Stage 4 will once again be in place until 05:00 on Thursday.
