Could the future of package safety be glitter and fart spray, former Nasa Engineer Mark Rober thinks so.

Former NASA engineer Mark Rober has developed a unique way to tackle parcel theft after enduring frustration when dealing with the theft of a package.
Rober developed a dummy parcel designed to look like a Apple Home pod but rigged the parcel to deliver payload of super fine glitter and a heavy dose of fart spray.
The device makes use of GPS technology, four LTE equipped cameras (to catch the thieves in the act) and the aformentioned glitter and foul smell.
It took Rober over six months to build the device, which he built, with the help of a 3D printer, to enact revenge on thieves who stole an Amazon parcel and several other packages in his neighbourhood.
