FIRE DANGER WARNINGS:
Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the central and northern parts of the Northern Cape, the north-eastern parts of the Western Cape, the southern parts of both the North West and Free State as well as the central and northern parts of the Eastern Cape.

Gauteng:
Temperature: Cloudy and cool to warm becoming partly cloudy from the afternoon.

Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Cloudy with morning fog patches along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Morning fog patches along the escarpment, otherwise cloudy and cool to warm.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Morning fog patches in the east, otherwise cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers except over the north-east. It will become partly cloudy from the afternoon.
Free State:
Temperature: Morning fog patches in the east, otherwise cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the south and west.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers, except in the and south-west where it will be fine but scattered in the extreme east.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly becoming light and variable towards the end of the period.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm to hot but cloudy and cool in the south-west with light rain and showers along the coast in the evening.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be Light and variable in the south at first, otherwise moderate to fresh south-westerly

Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Fine and warm to hot, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon in the north.
The Western half -Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate Easterly becoming fresh to strong south-westerly in the afternoon to evening.
The Eastern half – Morning fog to the south of the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated thunderstorms except the coast.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong easterly.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Partly cloudy fine and warm.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be Gentle south-westerly in the north in the morning, otherwise moderate to fresh north-easterly.
