Flamboyant MC Tha Simelane blesses himself with a new set of hot wheels

The flamboyant MC and reality star, Tha Simelane recently bought himself some new wheels.

According to reports, hot on the heels of getting verified on Instagram for reaching 100k followers, the Durban-based MC, has copped a brand new luxurious and elegant ride and he was not able to contain his excitement as he took it all the way to social media to boast about his latest achievement, in true Tha Simelane style!

The MC showed off his latest purchase on Instagram. You can now now catch him weaving in and out of traffic with his new white BMW as his best friend Shauwn Mkhize accompanied him to collect his latest ride.

Tha posted a picture of him excitedly sitting on top of his BMW and holding flowers. He captioned the post “Everything has its own time. Let us not compete but complement,” and he received a lot of congratulatory messages from his fans and celebs.

Looking ahead

It is said that he has had his fair share of controversy in the industry.  Last year he landed himself in hot water when he accused Gqom star Babes Wodumo of allegedly taking cocaine on a live video on Instagram.

A case of defamation was opened against the star by Babes Wodumo. Tha later issued a statement on social media apologizing to Babes for accusing her of taking cocaine.

“It was never my intention to cause any malicious damage relating to her brand. I was emotional and I take full responsibility for my actions, as a host and a close friend, I should have handled it way better. I am sincerely sorry to Babes Wodumo,” read the statement.

In an interview with ZAlebs late last year, Babes Wodumo said the case is being handled by the police and she could not comment any further “Tha’s case is still being handled by the SAPS which I can’t really say anything much about it.”
