Running: Trail runs, half, full, ultra marathons and 10kms coming up in October

Spring’s coming and that means you –  yes, you – have to get your backside into gear and get your running shoes on.

October’s race calendar has something for everyone: Whether you are just beginning to dip your toes into the waters of racing, or if you are a seasoned pro, our quick guide to next month’s races gives you plenty of time to plan your next run.

There’s fun runs, five-kilometre bursts, half-marathons, full marathons, and gruelling multi-day events for those who turn the dial up to 11 and aim for the extreme.
