NFL legend Tom Brady and the rest of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers teammates received their Super Bowl LV rings in a private ceremony held for players, coaches, staff and their families last Thursday in Florida. The rings were designed by Jason Arasheben of Jason of Beverly Hills, who is known as the NBA’s go-to designer for championship rings.

A STYLISH CHAMPIONSHIP RING

The Buccaneer’s ring is the first NFL ring made by Arasheban and judging by the reaction of the players as well as the details on the massive piece of jewellery, Arasheban made quite the first impression.

The details of the ring feature 15 carats of white diamonds along with 14 karats yellow and white gold. Overall there are 319 diamonds, meant to represent the team’s 31-9 Super Bowl win over the Kansas City Chiefs last February. Each player has their name and number personalised on the ring.

ESPN reported that the ring has a twist-off removable top and is the first of any Super Bowl ring. When opening the top of the ring it reveals a replica of the team’s home ground, where they sealed their second NFL title, Raymond James Stadium.

On the bottom of the removable top, laser-etched in gold, is the word “HISTORIC,” to commemorate the accomplishment. The top also features two Lombardi trophies as a nod to the Bucs’ 2002 Super Bowl win, stated ESPN.

Inside the band are the words ‘Trust, Loyalty, Respect,’ their team motto.

REACTIONS ON THE RING

Tom Brady posted his ring on Instagram, it has ‘MVP’ engraved on the side part of the ring next to his team number 12. Brady posted a video that shows in-depth details of the ring. It shows the engraved replica of the stadium and all the brightness of the diamonds.

Buccaneers running-back Leonard Fournette took a selfie with Brady and you can see the sheer size of the ring when it’s on the player’s fingers. Linebacker Lavonte David also showed off his ring on Instagram.
