New movies at the cinema this week – Friday, 1 March

It’s that time of the week again, folks. Weekend is drawing nearer and if you’re out of ideas of things to do, look no further.

New releases drop at the cinemas tomorrow. RomCom fans, there’s something for you, and the new LEGO movie will keep the kiddos older than nine entertained for a few hours.

Movie: LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part

Synopsis: The heroes of Bricksburg must save their beloved city. It’s been five years since everything was awesome and the citizens are facing a huge new threat: LEGO DUPLO invaders from outer space, wrecking everything faster than citizens can rebuild. The battle to defeat the aliens and restore harmony to the LEGO universe will take Emmet, Lucy, Batman, and their friends to faraway, unexplored worlds. Their adventures takes them to a strange galaxy where everything is a musical!
