The ‘New Year’s resolution season’ is upon us, and with it comes the traditional declaration of things we wish to resolve in the new year. The Twitter account, Hashtag Roundup prompted users to tweet millennial New Year’s resolutions, and while it might seem offensive to millennials, it was all done in the name of humour. Some Baby Boomers on Twitter took advantage of the situation to troll millennials – but these ‘Twitter wars’ are nothing we haven’t seen between millennials and Baby Boomers before.
