Many people across the world have been taught how to drive by their fathers and for many of them, it has been a truly traumatic experience. This is because most dads lack the necessary patience to teach and this becomes ten times more intense when it comes to a driving lesson. This is why one man and his teen son have gone viral after he displayed a very rare amount of patience as his son struggled to navigate the steering wheel and the road.
Many people have sung the dad’s praises while discussing how their lessons have left them – and their fathers – truly traumatised.
Dad’s patience during scary driving lessons gets commended
For many teenagers, one of the things they can’t wait to do is get behind the steering wheel and start driving.
The excitement to learn may quickly turn into anxiousness especially when it is your father who is in charge of teaching you the ins and outs of driving.
One youngster is very lucky to have a father who appears to be more patient than most.
In a video that has since gone viral and was also shared by LADBible, vlogger Kieran Davidson can be seen taking a lesson with his dad and it is not going very well.
Instead of throwing in the towel or yelling at his son, his dad surprisingly stays calm even when it seemed the lesson was going hopelessly.
A number of times the dad is heard instructing Kieran how to execute proper clutch control, and use his handbrake – something the youngster can be seen failing dismally at.

The three-minute clip has gone viral as many people recalled their driving lesson and how it was to have their dad as a teacher.
Many of them praised the dad for remaining calm and patient through it all.
