Congratulations are in order for Kay Yarms as she bags a spot in the #forbes30under30 list.

‘Kay Yarms’ whose real name is Khethokuhle Ngonyama is a South African beauty content creator. She was born and bred in KwaZulu Natal and currently, she stays in Western Cape where she made a name for herself when she became a beauty influencer.

She is one of the influencers or stars who have left school for what they loved, as she left her Accounting degree at the University of Witwatersrand for the beauty industry because of her love for makeup.

Kay Yarms is a hard worker that is good at anything

Kay Yarms (29) now has over 400k followers on Instagram and is one of the trusted influencers in South Africa, much loved too. In August last year, she also worked with H&M on a TV advert which was her debut TV role.

She is known as a trusted influencer because whatever she is great in plugs she is quite influential, one would remember when she plugged her fans about the Woolworths glow toner also referred to as the ‘Kay Yarms Glow Toner’ and a few days later it was sold out, and the influence she had on the Dawn brand too.

On 03 April 2023, Kay Yarms got selected for the prestigious #forbes30under30 list with the likes of Mpumi Ledwaba. Forbes 30 under 30 is the list of young (under 30) entrepreneurs, leaders, and stars recognised by Forbes Magazine.
