Facial rolling has been a beauty ritual since ancient times, but it has recently become a trending skincare tool.

Celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Victoria Beckham, Gwyneth Paltrow, Alicia Keys and Meghan Markle all swear by the jade facial roller’s ability to tone the skin, eliminate toxins and decrease facial puffiness.
A gemstone roller is a handheld massaging tool typically made from one or two gemstone heads that you roll across your face and neck. This beauty tool is mostly made from jade, rose quartz and other gemstones like amethyst, quartz, obsidian and tiger eye.
Most gemstone rollers come with two sides — a smaller side for use around the eye area and a larger roller for the face.
When rolling, make sure you only roll in one direction, don’t roll back-and-forth.
The whole process should take two to four minutes, depending on how many passes you are doing. You will see your skin start to flush and this is a good thing, it means circulation is increasing.
On the face, roll up and out towards your hairline and outer edge of your face, including your jawline.
On your neck and chest, roll downwards and towards your heart.
Use this method twice daily for the most drastic results. Put your gemstone roller in the refrigerator for an extra cooling effect. Roll the massager on your temples to ease headaches and stress.
