Use some of these oil blends to help you with your day-to-day life.

Essential oil blends

Relaxation blend

  • 10ml dropper or roller-ball bottle
  • 9ml carrier oil of choice
  • 10 drops lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) essential oil
  • Five drops cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana) essential oil
  • Five drops frankincense (Boswellia Serrata) essential oil
  • 10 drops orange (Citrus sinensis) essential oil

Apply to the wrists, behind the neck and the temples. Apply below your nose as well. You can also place a few drops in the bath.

Focus and energy blend

  • 10ml dropper or roller-ball bottle
  • 9ml carrier oil of choice
  • 10 drops lemon (Citrus limon) essential oil
  • Two drops peppermint (Mentha piperita) essential oil
  • Five drops clary sage (Salvia sclarea) essential oil

Apply on the wrists, behind the neck and the temples. Not for use in the bath.

Pick-me-up blend

  • 10ml dropper or roller-ball bottle
  • 9ml carrier oil of choice
  • Seven drops orange (Citrus sinensis) essential oil
  • Seven drops cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana) essential oil
  • Seven drops lemon (Citrus limon) essential oil
  • One drop peppermint (Mentha piperita) essential oil

Apply on the wrists, behind the neck and the temples. 

Sleep-aid blend

  • 10ml dropper or roller-ball bottle
  • 9ml carrier oil of choice
  • 10 drops lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) essential oil
  • Five drops cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana) essential oil
  • Five drops frankincense (Boswellia Serrata) essential oil
  • Five drops geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) essential oil

Apply on the wrists, behind the neck and the temples.  Apply below your nose as well. Place a few drops in the bath.

Hormone-balance blend

  • 10ml dropper or roller-ball bottle
  • 9ml carrier oil of choice
  • 10 drops lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) essential oil
  • Eight drops myrrh (Commiphora Wildii) essential oil
  • Eight drops frankincense (Boswellia Serrata) essential oil
  • Eight drops clary sage (Salvia sclarea) essential oil

Apply on the wrists, behind the neck and the temples. Also apply this over the bottom part of your abdomen where the womb is situated and massage for a few minutes daily.

Wound healing and disinfectant

  • 10ml dropper or roller-ball bottle
  • 9ml carrier oil of choice
  • Five drops myrrh (Commiphora Wildii) essential oil
  • Five drops Frankincense (Boswellia Serrata) essential oil
  • Three drops cinnamon leaf (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) essential oil

Apply on the broken, infected skin. Avoid mouth and eyes.
