I’d like to think of myself as a bit of a rib connoisseur, from regular to smoked ribs I love them all!

I have also been very fortunate to be able to travel around the world and no matter how many ribs I have sampled around the globe these really blew me away. The secret is in the sauce, which is coincidentally not that difficult to make. The plus side of this sauce is that you most likely already have all the ingredients in your pantry. So, really you only need to buy the meat and I recommend that you buy smoked ribs if you can find them.

Whilst shopping, I was inspired to make this dish because of a bottle of sauce that I saw that is called Sweet Baby Rays Honey and Chipotle sauce. This sauce is originally from the USA and does pair exceptionally well with this recipe, however, don’t get distracted as they will turn out so good that you will forget about the sauce.
