Pork chops with pineapple sauce tips

You can pan-fry your chops but it’s often messy but baking at a high heat is another great way to cook your chops. You can even cook your chops in the air fryer with salt, pepper and a bit of olive oil. The canned pineapple and sugar provides the sweetness while balsamic vinegar provides that extra kick of tang at the end. You can add some paprika or cayenne pepper if you want to add a spicy element to your sauce too. Serve it with some savoury rice or sweet and sour peppers and red onions.
