This is the perfect side dish with a braai, grilled ribs or part of your Sunday lunch spread.
A favourite in my family, young and old.

60 ml flour
60 ml sugar
60 ml butter
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 tin sweetcorn
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Serve with your favourite braai meat.
