We are all excited about spring that has just started and summer not too far away. Gear up for summer with this summer salad. It is a tasty combination of unique flavours that will set your taste buds alive.

This summer salad consists of an interesting combination of figs, salad leaves, chorizo sausage, feta cheese and orange vinaigrette to finish it off. The result is an incredible taste sensation that you are unlikely to forget.

The figs add a tinge of sweetness to this summer salad which contrasts deliciously with the salty feta cheese and chilly sausage. Combined with the crunchy carrots and crispy salad leaves and you have a winner on your dinner table.

Prepare this easy salad in about ten minutes. You only need to fry the chorizo sausages for about one minute and then toss everything together as explained in the method of this recipe.

  • 1 packet 1 salad leaves

  • 1 packet 1 figs

  • 150 g 150 feta cheese

  • 100 g 100 chorizo

  • 2 2 carrots, cut into strips

  • 100 ml 100 orange vinaigrette


  • Fry the chorizo and set it aside.
  • Wash the salad leaves and place them in a salad bowl.
  • Add the figs, feta cheese, chilli sausage and carrot strips.
  • Drizzle with orange vinaigrette.
