Ingredients

  • Guacamole
  • 3 3 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed

  • 1 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 teaspoon 1 salt

  • ½ cup ½ diced onion

  • 3 tablespoons 3 chopped fresh cilantro

  • 2 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced

  • 1 teaspoon 1 minced garlic

  • 1 pinch 1 ground cayenne pepper (optional)

  • Stuffed salmon with pineapple salsa
  • 500 g 500 salmon

  • 1 1 pineapple cut into small cubes

  • 50 g 50 sesame seeds

Method

  • Guacamole
  • In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in the onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour for best flavour, or serve immediately.
  • Stuffed salmon with pineapple salsa
  • Spoon the pineapple in 1 piece of salmon and roll over and put on top of the guacamole in a glass.
