Do you enjoy starting your day with a healthy breakfast for the best energy during the day? Healthy breakfasts can also be very tasty and our spinach and mushroom scrambled eggs breakfast has everything you need. This breakfast is great before or after a workout during the week but also perfect for that weekend brunch. You won’t be making more dishes than making cereal because it’s just one pan and takes about 5-minutes to make.
Mushrooms are great with eggs as they have a mild taste but pack a fibre and nutrient punch. Spinach provides important iron and calcium for a strong immune system and bones. Eggs of course, provides the protein, Vitamin B and healthy fats which help you stay full for longer during the day. If you like some spice, add some chili flakes when frying the spinach or fresh jalapeno peppers.
