Spicy beef curry suggestions

Layering of the flavours is the best way to get as much out of very few ingredients. Browning the beef adds that beautiful caramelized crust on the outside but also leaves some bits in the pot. When you’ve added the onions, garlic and some of the spices, deglaze the pot with some wine and scrape those bits off the bottom. Your home will smell incredible the whole time cooking and eating. Serve with some rice or flat bread.
