When the weekend arrives, you want to make something extra special for your family. Pork chops, an underrated meat by many, is easy to prepare and enjoys sweetness as a dressing. Our spiced pork chops are spiced with ginger, cinnamon and even mustard for a distinct flavour. Pineapple is also a great sweet addition to cut through the richness for a great family dinner.

Spiced pork chops tips

Before searing the pork chops in a hot pan, cut the fat on the edges of the chops so that they don’t curl. You can also make as much of the glaze or sauce that you want as long as you keep the ingredients balanced. Serve your pork chops with stir-fried peppers for a great addition to this tasty casserole. For extra spice, you’re welcome to add some paprika or fresh chillies to your sauce.
