Red pepper beef sosaties suggestions

You want to use firm and high quality beef as the best food is made with the best ingredients and rump steak is perfect here. Make sure to cut the beef against the grain so that it stays tender and less chewy. The red onions and peppers add some great sweetness without being sugary. The sugar in the actual marinade will help char the outside of the sosaties a bit, adding much more flavour. Serve as a starter or main.
