Bread is one of the oldest styles of food that originated all around the world on it’s own in some way. South Africans also have styles of bread that we learned to make and one of them is this South African steamed bread. Great with stews and soups as the winter months come near, you’ll love this easy recipe.
The video below shows just how easy this recipe is and even gives you a carrot-style steamed bread. If you’re not a fan of bread crusts, you’ll love this bread which is soft on the inside and outside. You can also enjoy it with some butter or your choice of sweet or savoury toppings.
