Eggs are always a welcome addition to breakfast but sometimes you want to make it seem more fancy. Poached eggs are more popular than ever with the rise in popularity of avocado toast. It is a bit hands-on but poached eggs are delicious and that runny yet cooked yolk is just perfect.
Making this style of eggs is great for avo toast or eggs Benedict, often enjoyed for brunch and your friends will be very impressed when you bring them out. They are best enjoyed immediately and has many more places where you can enjoy it. The video below is your beginner’s guide.
