Recipe of the Day: Homemade mug pumpkin pie [Video]

The days are getting cooler and warm desserts are on their way. More winter vegetables are coming into season and pies are a great way to use them for heartwarming treats. Homemade mug pumpkin pie might be more popular in the USA but your whole family will love it this chilly season.

This pumpkin pie however is crustless and made in a mug or bowl in only 5 minutes, so you can treat yourself and your family in no time at all. The recipe below sweetens the pie with condensed milk and is just blended in your smoothie maker or hand blender. Serve it with cream, ice cream and maybe a dash of caramel sauce.
