When we get a bit hungry in the middle of the day, sandwiches make our lives better. Do you remember the sandwiches mom made for you when you went to school? Egg salad on your sandwich is an iconic school lunch and it’s even more popular at The Masters golf tournament held in the USA every year over Easter and you can keep the tradition going at home.
This tangy and savoury egg salad has some great texture and is best enjoyed with generous helpings on sandwiches or in hot dog buns. You can even take this egg salad recipe and add your boiled potatoes and make a delicious potato salad that goes very well with your weekend braai.
