We all love a bit of dessert and there are great traditional desserts from Africa too. One of these is a traditional Zimbabwean creamy pumpkin pudding. A recipe often served to kids is also great for dinner party desserts and sides, depending on how sweet you make it and presentation.
To make pumpkin pudding, Zimbabweans boil the pumpkin and water squash together in a medium-sized pot and add cream and cinnamon when possible. The recipe below builds on those tasty flavours and gives you a different type of treat for the weekend.
