When it’s party time, you want to make simple desserts that’s not only easy to make, but easy to share. This chocolate slab cake with chocolate ganache and fruit is a great-looking and even better tasting treat. It’s great for birthdays, braais while also being fun when making it with your family.

There are no rules for this cake when it comes to decorating and is often made in a rectangular baking tray but you can also use round cake tins. The fun is in choosing the sweet and coloiurful fruits while having fun with the chocolate ganache that you’ll be spreading or drizzling over. Have fun making this great cake with your family as well as eating it with a cup of tea or coffee.
