Chocolate is the best dessert flavour out there and when it’s in the form of a cake, you can’t go wrong. However, decoration makes things more fun because you eat with your eyes too. This chocolate ganache recipe is made 4 ways with only two ingredients which you can also get creative with which the video below will show you.

Chocolate ganache is just a mixture of cream and chocolate which you can adjust like using darker chocolate if you want something richer. The four different styles are based on time resting as well as refrigeration. You’ve got the drizzling stage, the buttery spread stage which is great for cakes, the fudge phase for filling cakes and desserts followed by the truffle phase which you can roll into balls.
