Puff pastry sausage rolls tips

Not only do these simple pastry sausage rolls taste great, you don’t have to make your own puff pastry. After the beef mince has been wrapped in the puff pastry you can cut the sausage rolls into desired sizes. Larger sausage rolls are perfect for a light lunch for the family or to pack as a delicious lunchbox surprise.
