Ingredients

  • 450 g 450 pizza dough

  • 100 g 100 tomato sauce or paste

  • 5 slices 5 smoked ham cut into cubes

  • 1 pinch 1 of salt and pepper

  • ½ cup ½ grated mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese

  • ½ ½ red pepper, green pepper and yellow pepper

  • 2 tablespoons 2 butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon 1 garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon 1 Italian seasoning

Method

  • Line a baking or cookie sheet with parchment or foil paper. Lightly grease and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Then roll pizza dough into a rectangle about 10 X 14 inches. Add tomato sauce or tomato paste followed by toppings.
    Starting with the end nearest you, roll the dough up snugly like a jelly roll around the filling, finishing the roll with the seam side down. Do not forget to pinch the seal so they don’t come apart when baking.
    Slice with knife or pizza cutter into 1-inch pieces. Place rolls on prepared sheets.
    Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Quickly brush over rolls.
    Bake rolls for about 15 minutes or until lightly brown and rolls are cooked through. Then Serve warm
