The humble pie isn’t just something that happens to you, but something that’s quite delicious. There are so many versions out there and the USA is quite well-known for its pies. As pecan nuts are native to the Southern states of the USA, they eventually made pies with them. Our pecan tart is just one tasty example of what you can enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea.

Pecan tart suggestions

The pie crust is simple to make and doesn’t need any par baking. The filling is made with simple butter, pecan nuts, eggs, sugar and syrup, keeping it nice and simple. You can also change thing sup as some enjoy a dash of whiskey and chocolate in the filling as well. Serve with a healthy dollop of whipped cream, scoop of ice cream and even some fresh fruits.
