Ingredients

  • 125 g 125 butter

  • 40 g 40 icing sugar

  • 2.5 ml 2.5 vanilla essence

  • 100 g 100 cake flour

  • 75 g 75 peanut flour

  • 40 g 40 cornflour

  • 100 g 100 dark choc chips

  • 100 g 100 toasted peanuts

  • pinch of salt

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • Grease a baking tray.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar together until pale yellow. Add the vanilla essence.
  • Add the flour, peanut flour and cornflour. Beat until combined.
  • Add the chocolate chips, peanuts and salt.
  • Form little balls out of the dough. Flatten a little with your hands.
  • Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
