15 ml 15 rose syrup
15 ml 15 pineapple cordial
15 ml 15 lemon juice
25 ml 25 litchi juice
Aquafaba (the juice of a can of chickpeas)
50 ml 50 Musgrave INSPIRIT
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds and pour through a strainer into a Coupé Glass.
- Garnish with a skewer of Turkish Delight and thyme.
