It’s great when you’re working from home as it is easy to assemble with ingredients that barely need cooking.
Toasting the wraps is great for some extra texture and a bit of flavour. Halloumi is quick to fry and is best enjoyed immediately when cooked. They are best prepared last and dry-fried in a pan due to their own fats. When you’ve sliced the avocado with its loads of nutrients and fats, some lemon juice will keep it from going brown while you finish assembling the meal. Paprika mushrooms add some spicy meatiness while the rocket and parsley add some lightness.
