Is your sweet tooth bugging you? We have just the recipe for you! This lime cheesecake recipe is quick and easy to prepare. The best part is that this recipe does not require any baking.

The crust of this lime cheesecake is an easy combination of crushed tennis biscuits and melted butter. Then, the other ingredients are all combined and poured into the crust. Next, pop it into the fridge for at least thirty minutes and your mouth-watering dessert is almost ready to be served.

If you need to prepare a quick dessert and you do not have much time on hand, this is the recipe to pull out of your sleeve. This lime cheesecake recipe does not actually contain cheese but it tastes just as good. It is a cost-effective recipe that tastes just like cheesecake.

  • Base
  • 1 packet 1 of tennis biscuits

  • 60 ml 60 melted butter

  • Filling
  • 400 g 400 milk powder

  • 1 cup 1 cold water

  • 1 tin 1 condensed milk

  • 4 4 limes – juiced and zested

  • 1 packet 1 whispers/chuckles

  • chocolate for melting

  • 4 4 strawberries for decorating (optional)


  • Pulse the biscuits in a food processor until you have fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter.
  • Press the biscuit base into a greased tart tin and refrigerate whilst making the filling.
  • In a bowl, combine the milk powder, water, condensed milk and lime juice until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in half of the grated lime zest (save the rest for the topping). Pour your filling into your base and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Decorate your “cheesecake” with the whispers, melted chocolate, strawberries and remaining zest.
