Ever tried Amarula ice cream? If not, we have a quick and easy recipe for you to prepare your own indulgently delicious ice cream flavoured with our South African Amarula cream liqueur.

With summer at its peak now, we are always looking for a way to cool down. This heady Amarula ice cream is the perfect way to cool down from the inside, especially if you are relaxing next to your swimming pool.

Preparing this homemade ice cream is super easy and you do not need an ice cream machine. Just set aside 30 minutes (or even less) to make the ice cream. Next, place it into the freezer overnight and the following day you can serve this mouth-watering ice cream.

If you like to add a crunchy texture to the Amarula ice cream, you can sprinkle it with nuts before placing it into the freezer overnight. Remember to remove the ice cream from the freezer 15 minutes before you plan to serve it so that it can soften slightly.
