Figs wrapped in Prosciutto ham tips

Not only are black figs sweet and have a great texture, but the dark outer skin and beautiful bright red flesh pops on the plate that makes presentation easy. You can use any cured pork but do yourself a favour and get something special like prosciutto, jabugo and jamón ibérico which is also known as the world’s most expensive ham. The ham already adds a lot of great seasoning and combines perfectly with the sweet and slightly caramelized figs.
