These veggie servings are a winner, whether you are having a Sunday lunch or a braai. Each guest can pack their own selection of preferred vegetables.

Serve with an option of a creamy or plain sauce. The reusable foil pans are a great investment.

Individual veggies bakes to impress your guests.


  • Selection of seasonal vegetables of your choice, cut in small pieces

  • 100 ml 100 butter

  • 10 ml 10 crushed garlic

  • 1 teaspoon 1 mixed herbs

  • coarse salt

  • fresh black pepper

  • 6 x 250ml foil pans

  • 250 ml 250 grated cheese (optional)


  • In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the garlic and herbs then remove from heat.
  • Fill each tray with your selection of vegetables. Season well.
  • Pour a generous amount of the butter sauce over each tray. Cover with tinfoil.
  • Place directly onto your braai grill, or place in your oven at 160°C for 25 minutes.
  • Garnish with cheese or parsley and serve.
