This tasty egg and mayo dip is thick, creamy and rich. It goes so well with any savoury biscuits, bread and bagels on the party snack table. You can also use it for lunchtime sandwiches and it pairs perfectly with potatoes. You can also halve the eggs, only remove the yolks and use the same recipe with them to make deviled eggs when you refill the egg whites with the tasty mixture. It takes mere minutes to make and will provide flavour for ages.

Ingredients

  • 6 6 eggs

  • ½ cup ½ mayonnaise

  • ½ tsp ½ garlic powder

  • 1 tsp 1 condensed milk

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 1 spring onion, chopped

Method

  • In a saucepan filled with 500 ml water, add the six eggs in their shells. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and run cold water over the eggs. Set aside to cool and removed the shells.
  • With a fork, mash the eggs. Add the mayo, condensed milk, garlic powder and seasoning. Sprinkle the chopped spring onion on top.
