This recipe also gives you an opportunity to make larger rolls for burgers and lunch sandwiches.
If you don’t want to be kneading for ages, using a stand-mixer with a hook attachment is the best way to develop gluten for light and fluffy bread. Baking is all about patience but it also gives you lots of time to prepare sides and other dishes that can be made ahead of time while you’re already in the kitchen. The dinner rolls will come out fluffy on the inside with a golden crust on the outside and are best enjoyed freshly baked.
