Cookies, the snacks that make the world go round. You remember sneaking cookies out of the tin as a kid. How about watching your grandma bake them or getting up at midnight needing s snack? There are so many iconic types too and classic chocolate chip cookies are the most popular for a reason. They are great with a glass of milk, with tea or coffee or just sneaking them again for a midnight snack.

Classic chocolate chip cookies tips

The cookie dough is made in the most classic way and you could probably eat it as is too. However, if you lay your hands off the dough, you’ll have golden crunchy masterpieces. This dough can also be rested and is even better if you leave it in the fridge for a few days. You can either chop-up your own dark chocolate or buy some ready-made chips at your local store. When baking, make sure they are spread far enough a part so they don’t combine.
