Chorizo is a fermented, cured and smoked Portuguese or Spanish pork sausage. You can often eat it raw or it adds stacks of flavour to other dishes. Chorizo is spicy, tangy and just delicious. Adding some colour to it on the stove or even open fire before adding them to the skewers might just be the best thing in the world.
