Decadent caramel cream puffs tips

The pastry rolls are light and have big spaces inside to take the caramel cream filling. You can also add your own caramel sauce into the mixture if you want to. The chocolate coating adds to the decadence and is just as easy to put together. If you don’t have piping bags, just fill a zip-lock bag and cut the corner off to a size that will pipe perfectly. Serve these rolls with some extra whipped cream and even some ice cream.
