When you have a moist cake-like pudding with warm or cool sauce, you know it’s going to be delicious. Our butterscotch and raisin pudding is bound to become the new favourite at family lunch this Sunday.

Butterscotch and raisin pudding tips

The dough is easy to put together and you can choose to use raisins or other fruity bits to add to it. Like malva pudding, you can enjoy it with a bit of cold cream or ice cream. You can also make custard from scratch or even add a warm chocolate sauce over the top. Any combination of toppings will be perfect with this moist pudding with a fruity texture.
